RMA POLICY

Solutions 2 GO Mobility Inc. is known for its great warranty protection and exceptional customer service. We are focused on providing all our valued customers with quality products.

Axessorize/AXS brand

AXS's Lifetime Limited Warranty is applicable to most (1) Axessorize/AXS branded products. When purchased directly through Solutions 2 GO Mobility or through an authorized dealer, the above-mentioned products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

mellow brand

mellow's 1-Year Limited Warranty is applicable to all mellow branded products. When purchased directly through Solutions 2 GO Mobility or through an authorized dealer, the above-mentioned products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Axessorize/AXS brand - Defective products:

Solutions 2 GO Mobility will credit 100% of the original cost of any defective product during the warranty term. Wear and tear is not considered a defect and will therefore not be credited.

Axessorize/AXS brand – End-of-life product returns:

As a partner, we offer our customers the possibility to return end-of-life products and obtain a credit on the original cost. Solutions 2 GO Mobility has the right to determine which devices qualify for EOL and change the list upon its sole discretion. We do not offer end-of-life returns on products of other brands.

Axessorize/AXS brand – Stock rotation:

As a partner, we offer our customers the possibility to return active products and obtain a credit on the original cost. Solutions 2 GO Mobility reserves the right to refuse any stock rotation RMA upon its sole discretion. We do not offer stock rotation returns on Non-Axessorize/AXS branded products.

Non-Axessorize brand – Product returns:

Solutions 2 GO Mobility offers a 1-Year Warranty against product defects. We will credit 100% of the original purchase price for any defective product reported within 30 days of purchase. After 1 year, customers will be responsible for filing a claim with the manufacturer. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

RMA Return Process

To initiate an RMA return, please make sure you follow the guidelines below:

  • Fill out the Warranty Form to obtain an RMA number.
  • After submitting the form, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from rma-m@s2gmobility.ca with the RMA packing list. We will only process items that have been preapproved, and that are listed on the packing list. No credit will be issued for unapproved items. Unapproved items will be destroyed on site and will not be returned.
  • Make sure to print the RMA Packing List and add it in your return shipment. We will not accept a return that does not have an RMA Packing List. If you need to return multiple RMAs, please use a separate box for each RMA or separate each clearly if they are in the same box. RMA’s with no Packing List will not be credited and will not be returned.
  • Approved RMA’s/credits are only applicable to sellable products. Unsellable items are defined as: damaged packaging, items/packaging with stickers, residue/glue leftover from stickers, and scratched packaging. Unsellable items will be destroyed on site and will not be returned.
  • You will be required to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us (for all returns including on defective products)
  • Upon receiving the products, the RMA will be inspected. Only items that respect all the above conditions will be credited. Other conditions may apply.
  • Credits will be applied on the lowest purchase price.
