Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance - SALES ARE EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN AND TO THE APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASER. NO CHANGE IN THESE CONDITIONS SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS THE SELLER MAKES ITS AGREEMENT IN WRITING AND AN OFFICER OR OTHER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SELLER STAMPED SIGNATURE .

2. Changes - Orders placed under this document may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both the buyer and the seller where it shows the modifications and the effect thereof , if applicable on price and delivery . Buyer can not cancel the order unless the cancellation has been expressly agreed in writing by the seller unless the command was not sent. In such a case , the seller will inform the buyer of the total costs associated with cancellation and the buyer agrees to pay the costs , including transportation costs, the cost of purchasing non-returnable materials , cancellation charges seller by its suppliers and other expenses arising from the cancellation of the order by the purchaser , authorized by the seller.

3. Delivery, claims, delays - Transportation is free for an order value of minimum of 200$ before taxes (invoiced / not including back orders). Otherwise, customer will be charged 10$ of shipping fees. Delivery of goods to the carrier at shipping point Seller constitute delivery to the buyer. The latter assumes the risk of loss or damage during transport . The seller reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine the exact method of delivery. The seller reserves the right to make a delivery with installments. Any delay in delivery with installments should not meet the buyer 's obligation to accept remaining deliveries . Upon receipt of the goods shipped hereunder , Buyer shall inspect and notify the seller in writing of any claim in case of missing items , defects or damage.

4. Payment - Terms of sale are net 30 days following the issuance of the invoice or payment with credit card is accepted. All credit card payments will be charged on the shipping day of the order. If the financial situation of the buyer causes insecurity among the seller, it is completely free, as the purchase price recoverable , delaying the delivery of products without notice to the purchaser , in addition, the seller, the discretion, is authorized to modify the terms of payment for payment in whole or in part, in anticipation of the shipping of the remaining undelivered products. 5. Taxes and other fees and charges - The use tax , sales tax , excise tax , duties, customs, inspection fees or trial or any other taxes, fees or charges of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority on the transaction, or determined by it , concluded between the seller and the buyer must be paid by the buyer in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced . If the seller has to pay taxes, fees or charges , the buyer will pay the seller , or in lieu of such payment , the buyer must provide the seller at the time of submitting the order , certificate exemption or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the taxes, or the rights in question.

6. Pricing - Please note that prices are subject to change. We guarantee our written for a period of 30 days submissions.

7. Price changes - The shipment will promptly even if prices have increased nominally . The discounts will be automatically applied to your bills. All orders are subject to review and may require additional information. We reserve the right to discontinue models without notice.

8. Warranties - Seller warrants that its products conform to the descriptions it provides in its catalog in its specifications and other documentation it produces. This warranty is exclusive and the seller offers a guarantee of (1) a year on products Axessorize express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of the product for a particular purpose . All products other than Axessorize products are guaranteed by the manufacturer 's warranty. Any claim of whatever nature, shall be made within one (1 ) year after the product is shipped .

9. Compliance with laws, regulations - Seller certifies that to the best of its knowledge, its products are manufactured in compliance with the applicable requirements.

10. Returns - It is not possible to return the goods for a credit balance except with the permission of the seller and only in full compliance with the guidelines of the seller in return . It is possible that some items may not be returned for a credit balance. Returned items must be returned within 30 days following the issuance by the seller of a Return Material Authorization. All RMA will be treated in 5 business days. Once it is approved, customer may return the goods for verification and either exchange or credit will be applied to their account.

11. Law - Any dispute as to the legality , interpretation , application or performance of this order or any condition , will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, including its conflict of law principles . Related parties accept this command to bring before the Quebec Superior Court any dispute arising between them if one of the parties decides to sue in court.
